I've been (slowly) going through our house de-junking. Today I went through my photo/scrap booking box. I've found a ton of photos that need to be shared! None of them are digital - so I'm scanning them one by one.
These photos were taken at our surprise co-ed baby shower hosted by the lovely Malea Smith. This was one the most amazing things anyone has ever done for me. She managed to track down and invite most of my closest friends and family. I cried when I waddled into the backyard and saw their wonderful faces :)
Jesus was there too. I guess he knew I wanted a "Chariot" stroller/trailer for Ruthie because when the evening was over the "Chariot Fund" that Malea organized added up to the exact amount we needed. I was/am so THANKFUL!
These photos represent the beginning of it all when we first moved here to Vancouver Island from the Rockies to start our family. We had so many worries then too, but Jesus took care of us. Seeing these photos are remembering those days has been a blessing to me today! What a reminder of the Lord's FAITHFULNESS to us.

I love these photos:) It's strange to see you pregnant, it seems like such a long time ago. Looking back, it was hard to understand it at the time, but I can totally see how God's plan was working for you. I love you and I think you are a wonderful mother, wife, and friend.
